Chocolate Cake Masterclass - a delicious success!

We held our first Chocolate Cake Masterclass on Saturday and it went down very well indeed, as you can see by these photos!
The one-day workshop was led by Gabrielle Jackson - winner of the 'Best Chocolate Cake in Britain' award. Gabrielle is brimming with enthusiasm and fantastic recipes, which she shared with the group during the day.
 Feedback from the participants was excellent - and they left inspired, enthused and complete with masterpieces in hand to impress their friends and family. One participant enjoyed the workshop so much that she made another chocolate cake the following morning - just goes to prove, you can never have too much chocolate!
